This is a pic I did of Inquisitor 'Virus' Zuviel from the hilarious web comic Exterminatus Now. Next to him is his pet, Blasthemy, a mutated Chao.
Essentially he belongs to a storyline set in the Sonic-world of Mobius where he and his team battle supernatural activity. Don't be fooled by that last sentence though, all of his team are a bunch of idiots, prats, womanisers and pyschopaths and Virus is the lazy one of team.
